These Dock Seals are designed to be the best form of protection from weather and the elements for any type of dock bay. Pressure treated lumber and full length yellow guide stripes are standard with all Pioneer Dock Seals.

The "P" Series features maximum energy savings-weather tight closure, 100% lock stiched seams - double stitched seams on Wear Shingle models, the highest grade of materials available, and a fabric weight protection from 40 oz. to 140 oz.

The "R" Series features raked cut header on all rigid wood frame models allowing for water runoff, side and top curtain wiper action for full access to rear of truck, automatic variable truck height coverage from 11' to 13'6", and heavy duty structural channel bumpers for protection and support.

Nordock Bar Lift Edge-Of-Dock

This Bar-Lift features a three gusset design for greater support, high strength steel tread plates on the deck and lip for stability, fewer moving parts for reliability, and a two year guarantee. Our levelers have high strength steel tread plates on the deck and lip as well as "C" Channel Deck Support beams for increased durability and stability, and also offer a three year guarantee and timely, helpful customer service line. The fully mechanical pullchain operation means no lifting or pulling.

Additional features include a mechanical hold down to provide positive contact with truck beds, direct extension spring counterbalance to provide easy walk-down, standard working range toe guards and grease fittings on lip hinge, safety legs for below dock safety points, standard 20,000, 25,000, 30,000, 35,000, 40,000, and 45,000 lbs. dynamic capacities (larger capacities available), 4 in. x 10 in. x 13 in. mold ed bumpers, 16 in. lip projection (12 in. beyond bumpers), and a standard Maintenance Strut.

Mechanical Truck Restraint

These mechanical truck restraints make dock safety affordable and easy.
Featuring a high-strength unit with a streamlined, low profile housing, enabling a restraining force in excess of 50,000 lbs. Its rugged, solid steel housing is built to withstand weathering and truck impact.

Low profile; bolts diretly to the dock face and ground in les than 1 hour! Self-cleaning spring and hook assembly requires no maintenance and only periodic lubrication.

Hydraulic Pit Leveler

Fully hydraulic Pit Levelers offer solid-state proximity sensors to control deck and lip functions, including automatic return to safe cross traffic position when truck departs. Lip hinge features full-width, cold roll CF 1045 steel pin and seamless tubing for exceptionally heavy loads. Lip keepers serve as night locks for security and provide safe cross-traffic support when unit is stored.

Base frame support struts make our hydraulic lifts the safest and strongest in the industry today. Hydraulic system features a 4" MainCylinder with a 2" ram. Inline safety stop guards against free-fall in the event of premature truck departure. Solid-state proximity sensors control all leveler functions, including automatic return to cross-traffic position upon truck departure.
